When the box came I couldn’t wait to open it. Inside were the cutest clogs ever. They are called “Irina” by Naya Shoes. As you can see the color, style and design is adorable. They made me want to pull out my favorite sundresses and go enjoy the outdoors. When I put them on they immediately gave me height. I’m 5′2 so with the clogs, I felt taller, then lengthened the look of my legs while still giving me a relaxed look. I thought, that’s just what I need since my hubby is 6 feet tall!

Beyond style and height the perks for me were first the elastic near the instep so it stretches and gives a little as I walked. I really liked that because a lot of shoes and clogs I’ve worn in the past just crinkle or crease in that area instead of giving and make the shoe/clog look worn over time. These didn’t. That elastic part was ingenius. Also, I adored the cushioned insoles that didn’t make me feel like I was walking on a hard surface. For me that’s so important with a clog that oftentimes is made on top of wood. The insole provided comfort and added to the overall joy of wearing the clogs as did the ample toe room. I could actually *wiggle* my toes in the clogs!

Finally I think that any good pair of clogs would have non-skid soles and these did. That was major for me. I’ve worn clogs that made me slip as I walked or in some cases even twist my ankle and these didn’t. I’m telling you, whether you are a fan of clogs, Naya or are just looking for something amazing to add to your wardrobe, you are definitely going to want to add these to your BUY list. These are all people are raving about now. When I saw these I had to stare at them a really long time and contemplate if I would ever wear them. At first glance they do look a little “ape” but the fact of the matter is that they are a genius way of almost going barefoot. I think camping or walking on a really rocky beach and decide “yes” I would wear them. Priced in different materials from $70-$110.
