About

THE WOMAN, THE CELEBRITY, THE BRAND:
Linda “Princess Dominique” Grosvenor-Holland is the Founder and CEO of Princess Dominique Inc. She has over 14 years experience in publishing, marketing and social media. She’s published seven novels, an acclaimed collection of poetry which was called “a beautiful use of language” and a non-fiction book for Christian singles titled: The Plural Thing: Spiritually Preparing for Your Soul Mate. When “Princess Dominique” started blogging in 2004 she had no idea it would start an INTERNATIONAL SHOE MOVEMENT. As a former student of the Fashion Institute of Technology who was born and raised in the Bronx, New York she can’t pinpoint exactly when she fell in love with shoes. Sure, she adored the weekly train rides to midtown Manhattan when she was in high school and became smitten with the boutiques along Fifth and Madison Avenue, but thinking back, it must have been a pair of white platform shoes that she wore to her 6th grade graduation that sealed the deal for her. They were her first “grown up” pair of heels that she paired with a matching white angel sleeve dress. Right then and there she set out to create a world where both femininity and individuality were fully celebrated.
“Princess Dominique” heads the New Jersey non-profit Love Better Camp whose sole mission is to teach both men and women how to love better and is currently pursuing a degree in psychology in an effort to become a licensed and nationally certified counselor specializing in marriage and family therapy to assist with this mission. She has still made a name for herself in fashion–namely shoes. Her website is Officially known as The Home of The Weekly Shoe Giveaway™ and gets over 1 million unique visitors annually. She has partnered with amazing brands like Hautelook’s SoleSociety.com, Naughty Monkey, Fergie Shoes, Naya Shoes, Nina Shoes, Jen + Kim, Luichiny, farylrobin, Sarah Riley Shoes, Wanted Shoes, Jessica Pritchett, J. Qosette, Butter Shoes, Fever Shoes, Lauren Luna Ltd., Mojo Moxy, Nora Karen, Ms. Mary Mac Shoes, indie shoe boutiques and companies like KIWI Shoe Care. Her witty take on shoes, how to buy them on sale and wear them painlessly (year ’round) has made her a media darling. She has written and contributed to over 150 publications including Honey Magazine, MORE, PYNK Magazine and Modern Bride. She’s also a frequent fashion and style contributor to Sheckys.com and has appeared on The Today Show to dish about “Why Women Love Shoes”.
Princess Dominique is the brainchild behind The Weekly Shoe Giveaway™ and the online vintage boutique Princess Dominique Vintage. Her boutique is is poised to become a hot destination for the woman who has ultimate style. In 2011 she also spearheaded Project Prom Angel in which she partners with generous sponsors to assist lower income teen girls with acquiring shoes and dresses to attend their prom. In 2011 she also acquired the domain PoshLuxe.com which she touts as the rich big sister of her PrincessDominique.com website. There she features glossy and very pricey items for those who enjoy splurging. Her excitement is also mounting over The Perfect Pair: A Love Affair with Shoes, that is a collection of stories in which women share their love affair with shoes–set to hit bookstores in September, 2012. She looks forward to launching a shoe line or shoe related product in the next 5 years as well as a brick and mortar boutique to match her online counterpart.
