I just want to stay in His will and enjoy the journey along the way!”

What does it mean to be an amazing woman and what makes you so amazing?

I think an amazing woman is one who is in tune with her gifts and abilities that God has given her and uses them to change the lives of others and circumstances around her. At the same time she remains humbled and uses the process for her own inner growth. What makes me so amazing? Lol. Well I thank God for allowing me to grow into a woman who looks pass others faults and see the abilities that they may possess. By doing this, many times it helps me not to focus on the shortcomings but rather push them to go forth with the greater picture. I feel I’m one who has a compassion for the “underdog” and that keeps me motivated to help them rise above the obstacles.

Who and/or what inspired you to be what you are today?

Wow that’s a hard answer to a certain degree-so many have imparted into me. Well naturally I thank God first and for my parents who set the foundation of Christianity in my life. Growing up I didn’t always understand the “values” they were trying to instill but later I learned, so, definitely my parents. I came from a praying family of aunts and uncles so they picked up many pieces of my life and helped me move forward. I had many ministers, teachers and friends who gave different parts of themselves through support and advice and I took heed and stepped forth. I think the biggest thing that’s pushing me now is to teach and guide people to seek the truth in GOD through their own personal relationships. I’m saddened to see how many “organized religious” sectors are failing them. So the drive to get people to know that GOD has a plan for them and being able to give them the wisdom, knowledge and resources (if I have means) is what pushes me today.

If you could teach the aspiring women of the world one thing what would that be?

A very simple concept but one hard to follow–learn and love yourself first and let GOD bring the rest of the pieces together. For some reason though, as women we seek out to give that love without finding ourselves and get caught up in a vicious cycle. I try to let them know the power and gift that GOD has inside of them is waiting to be birthed just as much as a natural seed in them. Cultivate it, let it bloom and it will be you the harvest of life you need in life as a whole.

What is your favorite quote or a motto that you live by?

I thought of this one day in all seriousness and live by it: “If I live to please others, am I truly living?” Now that’s something to think on.

If you could how would you endeavor to change the world?

Oh goodness. Well, if I was enabled to have some special gift to give people to see into the hearts of others when they speak words and how the words is effecting the listeners I would. Words are so powerful and daily I wish I could just let people see the weight of them. Other than that, I pray one day I will be able to travel the world and personally be the one to tell and show them how their words can either bring life or death to them and those in their circles.
