30 Days of Juicing: Day 2

My goal was to try to raw food diet earlier this year. If I had I’d be on track by now. Hindsight is 20/20 and I won’t beat myself up about that. But right now let’s just say that juice is working for me. I like the pour, drink and go method. I don’t usually feel tired when I juice. I got some exercise in on my ball. Like I said on Facebook yesterday I want to make this a permanent change, not just a quick fix to drop a few pounds and then go back to eating sloppy cheese burgers again. I mean, it gets to the point where you have to get tired of hurting and I’m way past that point. I’ve been logging how much I’m hurting and how long the migraines last and so far every month I’m in pain at least 5-8 days out of every month–sometimes more. That’s way too much down time. Especially since when the migraines come they don’t really allow me to do anything else.
I’m getting a lot of things in order. As you saw in a previous post I’m revamping the site. It will look different before I even finish the 30 days. I’ve also hired a publicist. This blogger here needs to get next level. I’m pulling some outfits together so that I can take some professional photos and update my media kit and one thing I’m truly glad about is that my natural hair is growing out. Yes, I know, I owe you a post on my natural hair journey. It’s coming too. You’ll have that before the end of the 30 days of juicing too. So as you can see I have a heck of a lot going on. So whether you’re commenting here, on Facebook or on Twitter, thanks for the support. It really means a whole bunch.
