30 Days of Juicing: Day 1

This has been a long time coming. The scale has been not so nice to me. But it’s not lying, that’s the sad part. The migraines have been back to back, not ceasing and I need to do something to improve my overall health. I tried juicing before. I just need to make it a more permanent part of my life. Enough of the, one cupcake won’t hurt or one cheese burger won’t hurt because when that all adds up I can’t fit into anything and I can’t keep yo-yoing like that. It’s driving me nuts and messing with my concentration. 2012 has been a good year. That’s a plus because 2011 was an OKAY year. I’m looking to make 2013 a stellar year. Time to get NAKED! Their “Green Machine” has pineapple, kiwi and green apple; which are among some of my favorite fruits. I’m glad because “Green Machine” will be providing me with Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. So far. So good.

    Go girl! I hear ya! I had a bout of Migraines a couple of years ago and it was horrendous! The medication for the migraines just made them worse (I think I was having reactions to them), and the only thing that helped was changing my diet. Most notably, cutting out MSG completely; you’d be surprised how many food items have MSG! and also cutting waaaay back on the coffee. Good luck on your journey!

    this is one of my absolute fav smoothie drinks!!! it has made me blend with more vegetables when blending my own smoothies.
