I love the concept of a heel condom and think that it is so innovative. I really have wanted to buy one of these for the longest because they give an old shoe a new look. It is almost like a face lift for your shoe, a quick makeover that will turn any shoe in to an entirely different one. You don’t have to spend a lot or do a long extensive DIY. With all the combinations of your shoes and Heel Condoms the possibilities are endless. They are super simple to use I tried the Blue chiffon with lace heel condoms on my plain black pumps; slide them right on, tied it in a bow and was good to go.

About Heel Condoms:

Sandrysabel Ortiz is the 24 year old young woman entrepreneur behind Heel Condoms. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in finance from the University of Puerto Rico, spent two summers as an intern in Wall Street with investment banking firms Goldman Sachs and Citigroup and then worked with an investment banking firm specialized in distressed assets. After almost a year of working for this last firm, she quit her well paid job to venture into the Womens Footwear Industry with her own line of shoes. At the same time she was finishing an International Business Management Certificate Program at Georgetown University. Like all women, she wanted to fit her closet of shoes into her suitcase, that’s when Heel Condoms was born. She thought: “If we dress up, why not dress up our shoes?”
