I am rethinking my wedding dress; the dress I’m going to wear to renew my vows that is. I originally wanted this one and then J. Crew sold out early last year and I was miffed. I even contacted a rep and she was supposed to help me find the dress in my size, but I never heard from her.

But a beautiful thing happened today. I discovered photos of the dress I was dying to buy and for some reason it didn’t look quite as pretty. For $1300.00 the pictures below look cheaper than they do here. There’s something to be said for lighting I guess. Now I feel like I have to start my search over from scratch, but that’s all right.

There’s no rush, no date set. We’re already married and whenever I find the dress and the accessories then I’ll worry about a date. Now where is Vera Wang? I need her.
