Everyone knows how seriously I take my shoe purchases. After you plunk down your hard earned cash on a pair of beautiful heels the last thing you want is a scuffed up heel. Trust me, it’s happened to me more than once, especially with shoes made of nubuck. That’s why when my Heel Skinz came in the mail I was already grinning like a madwoman before I had even fully opened up the package. There are three things that I want to point out in my review of Heel Skinz:

1. The don’t just cover the literal heel part of the shoe, but rather they protect the enter heel height of it. The shoes in the photo above are 5 inch heels. They cover it entirely without slipping and going under.

2. The Heel Skinzs secure around your ankle so they don’t droop, sag or come undone. They stay in place as you drive, walk, or sit somewhere where the back of your heels may get scuffed (and I sit a lot of places that have the potential to scuff up my shoes) so these Heel Skinz come in handy.

3. The fabric is nice and stretchable, fashionable and soft. It is also machine washable which I love, so I don’t have to buy a pair for every single pair of shoes I own.

The leopard print fabric gave my brown pumps a little pizazz, but Heel Skinz are also available in Black, Zebra print and other fashionable colors too and are accented with rhinestones. It almost makes me wish I had a shoe boutique, because these would be right there at the checkout counter. My overall consensus is that Heel Skinz will definitely lengthen the life of every shoe in your collection. After wearing them for even a few hours behind the wheel, not one scuff! I urge ladies everywhere to buy several pairs as well as giving them as gifts. Kudos Terri. Stellar product!
