What is a query?
A query letter is a letter introducing yourself and your work and asking if the publisher would like to see your submission. Don't forget to outline your qualifications and any previous publication credits in your query letter to us.
How soon will I know if you will publish me?
Because of the volume of submissions we receive, it may take up to nine months to receive a reply. Please do not contact us for updates during this period.
What if you don't publish me, will you let me know?
Only submissions that include a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient United States postage will receive a reply.
What if my submission is under consideration elsewhere?
If your submission is under consideration elsewhere please let us know in your query or cover letter.
Even if you don't publish me, can you tell me how to revise my submission to make it more acceptable elsewhere?
We regret that we are not able to provide critiques or comments on any work submitted.
I only have one copy of my manuscript, if I send it will you return it?
We cannot take responsibility for original work; please send copies only.

Yes. We offer discounts via our discount schedule that we extend to retailers, wholesalers and all groups of at least 10 or more members. Contact us directly with more information about your group and we'll gladly extend a minimum of 10% off.
I tried ordering a book/cd/dvd title, but was told it was out of print or otherwise unavailable, what do I do?
If you ever have a problem ordering a Princess Dominique Multimedia product from any store or outlet, please let us know which store, the location and if possible the phone number via our contact form and we'll endeavor to get it in stock for you.
I've got a music demo, can I send it?
Sure, however, please read the submission guidelines on this website prior to packaging and submitting your demo.
