So, um, Kanye West really does think he’s the Louie Vuitton don, huh? They say he’s teamed up with the house of Louis Vuitton to produce a line for men and women–I’m assuming it’s not just limited to luggage. I’ve never liked Louis Vuitton–ever. Since the 80’s it’s been the most faked bag on the planet. When you see kids trailing to school with a Louis Vuitton bookbag you know the deal. I’ve been a Gucci girl since the 80’s and still am. I only rock Gucci shades because I like the shape and I like “some” of their shoes but have ceased to find any in my price range that I loved enough to drop those duckets for. Their belt buckles are hot, and I used to be into their watches, especially the one with the changeable color dials, but then I stopped keeping time and stopped wearing a watch. I haven’t snagged a pair of shoes in a milli-minute and am secretly daring myself to go over to the Gucci Website, but then I remember, I want to pay off my car this year. Debt free in 2008, baby, yep, then we’ll go shopping! Ha-ha! He might be the Louie Vuitton don, but I’m the Gucci Belladonna all the way.
