5 Men Who Rock in 2007
September 25, 2008 – 7:55 amHill Harper (born Francis Harper on May 17, 1966) isn’t exactly one of my favorite actors. I took notice of him when he released his book. This is a very flattering photo of him and until I saw it I never felt him in a handsome or good looking light. I attribute that to the quirky movie roles he’s chosen, not because he isn’t popping with muscles. Muscles do absolutely nothing for me. Although you can’t tell by looking, but he looks romantic or maybe I just love that shirt he’s wearing. They say the shy and silent types are heartbreakers.

Jamie Foxx (born Eric Morlon Bishop on December 13, 1967) is definitely on the list. I thought he was a bit overexposed the last two years so I didn’t add him to the “rock” list, but you can’t fault him for that. I mean they say he’s mysterious and dedicated and his music and acting prove that. I love how he is taking on more challenging roles, but I also think a dark chocolate man is just so beyond sexy that it’s insane.

Brian J. White (April 21, 1973) was first spotted in The Shield. He played the guy that Lem put in the hospital after he was hit in the head with an iron by Lem’s golddigging wife. I missed him when he left and thought he was one of those pretty boys that get manicures and pedicures along with a monthly facial. For me it’s always the lips. I just can’t get away from that. And he played professional football for the New England Patriots (NFL) and professional lacrosse for the Boston Blazers (NLL) before becoming an actor–and what a great job he does shining up the tv.

Adrian Grenier (July 10, 1976) is a Brooklyn man and I love him in Entourage. It’s the hair. Definitely the hair with this specimen. He has that messy hair that just gives the lady impulses. His 5 o’ clock shadow aint bad either. He has that dirty boy look. Not dirty boy as in dirty nasty sex, but just unkempt. As long as he’s not grungy it’s all good. Got to love Entourage, right?

Mark Wahlberg (June 5, 1971) has always been one of my favorites (actors not musicians). Maybe it’s his bad boy persona, or his screen presence, either way he’s nice to look at and will make some girl very very very lucky. He was an evil something in Fear, but then again, I wasn’t dating him, so, it was doable. He’s come a long way from Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch though.
