Star Jones and Al Split

They’re saying that after three and half years Star Jones and Al Reynolds have split up. Star reportedly filed for divorce a month ago. I don’t know how true it is because the source is supposed to be the Enquirer, but the tabloids have been known to BREAK a story. I don’t know, if it’s true it’s just another case for The Plural Thing. I don’t know about you, but I’m going to start giving copies in lieu of a gift at weddings and bridal showers.
A source tell the Enquirer, “They hadn’t been seeing eye to eye for months and had already spent a great deal of time apart. Finally, Star decided it was over. She told Al at the end of January that he had 30 days to get his act together or ‘get out. I think Star felt Al had spent their marriage riding her success while she did all the heavy lifting. She resented it. Deep down, Star is a very old-fashioned woman who believes a man should support her emotionally, physically and financially. She now believes Al failed her.”

I refuse to make fun. Marriage is supposed to be sacred. I don’t know anymore. I’m serious about giving the book as a gift though.

I BELIEVE THAT MARRIAGE IS SACRED TOO. PEOPLE ARE SO NOT SERIOUS WHEN IT COMES TO THAT AND THE WORK THAT COMES WITH IT.

She should have seem the laziness when he resigned from Merrill Lynch.

Not surprised at all. I thought the marriage was questionable from the beginning. She stopped using the Reynolds last name long ago and that should have been a sign.

Hmm. Yeah, this has been all over the airwaves but stories are conflicting. Big surprise. I don’t know…I think that as much as folks *say* they want to be married or believe in it, they still play with it too much. I wish them well whatever’s true & whatever they decide to do.

Oh, I didn’t know this. I always feel sad whenever a couple breaks up. And they were bombarded with so my negative press from the first couple moment.

Princess-
I am having a hard time reading your blog. The ads are all over the articles. How do I move them over? Well, we all knew he was shady but she wanted to be loved so badly I guess she took anything. I’d read that he was gay and he admitted he tried men before. Actually he reminds me of that Basil character in E. Lynn’s books. Another thing, why does Star wear low cut dressses with all those scars? I know we should not be ashame of our faults, but geez- I would rather stay covered…just my opinion.
