Eighth Novel: I’m Done Whoot Whoot!

This is the celebratory glazed over look I get when I complete a book. You know that aliens-just-stole-my-brain look? That’s the look.

I just completed my 8th novel and can’t wait to print it out and ship it off to my agent. Let it become her problem now *lol* Seriously. I feel WUN-DER-FUL! I won’t tell you what the title is until I’ve official sold it to a publisher which I hope only takes a few months. I want to pay off my car and get some land in North Carolina before they all run out. I was seriously starting to think I couldn’t write another book. See what happens when you let other people get into your head? The last manuscript I wrote was in 2004. Felt like I had a block but there is liberty in Jesus! Part of my block was probably all the stuff going on in the literary world, you know the who wrote what and who got how much and I didn’t want to play in the sandbox with those folks anymore, but then came the premise of the book and I had no choice, mostly because my characters choose me, I don’t choose them. Sometimes they let me dress them but that’s about it.
