Where were you in 1999 when Lil Kim was donning her infamous pastie outfit at the MTV Video Music Awards? You know, where Diana Ross playfully jiggled it, I guess trying to see if it would fall off. It didn’t but still. Were you watching? Were you hoping it would fall off?
