Happily Ever After

I can’t explain it. I just feel like I’m free. I got rid of my ball and chain. MY TREO. Sorry Court, West and TJ. But, no more boxy apparatus riding my hip feels good. No accidentally dialing a number and having a conversation without knowing that someone is on the other end LISTENING. No having an urgent conversation and the slightest “brush” (like a wagging cat’s tail) making it hang up the call. No arbitrarily restarting out of the blueeeee. I mean, remember this post? Normally I’m content when I want something bad and then finally get it. I chalk this one up to mucho hype. There is such a thing as having TOO MUCH stuff. Stuff you’ll never use. Yeah. Call me a backslider but I liked my other phone (the one I had BEFORE the Treo) very much and that’s why this one looks very much like it. The Verizon enV or Envy (since that’s how you pronounce it). Anyone who knows me knows I’m totally into texting. It beats having a long drawn out conversation and keeps it quick and to the point. This does it for me. What a way to start off 2007. It Rocks!

I tried a Treo out for a couple of weeks, and it just wasn’t what I wanted. I’m a BlackBerry type of gal. I must admit, I’m what some call…a CrackBerry addict.
I perfer texting over talking sometimes too.

I say if you like it, you want it, and you can afford it, get it! I got myself a new phone with a lot of features too recently and it feels good.

Have you had any experience with the sidekick? How would you compare the sidekick to the envy, if you have had experience with both? Just curious, I am thinking of getting one.

Back to basics, Chica…
I turned my Treo in for a flip.
I’ve never been happier.

I have tried five phones, thinking of even getting the chocolate but I took the razor instead. I am pretty happy about that one. But I want the smart phone so that I don’t have to carry a palm pilot too. All this stuff i(technological) is just too much for me….

Good for you. Life is much too short for unnecessary ‘tolerations’. And um, you know what *they* say: “If you want something BAD, that’s exactly how you’ll get it.”

test, since my last message doesn’t seem to show up.

Carla join the club. I think a Blackberry is too much for me too. I don’t do well with unnecessary anything and I think those phones have too much stuff.
Aziza–Happy New Year! Book #7 is coming.
Stunner congrats on the phone.
BeerConsumer no history with the Sidekick. I think this one will last for a minute.
Hassan I think anything beats a boxy apparatus.
Satin–blessings to you and yours. Love your new site.
Rose I was going to go Chocolate but then I saw this commercial and I love texting so this works.
Msjayy unnecessary tolerations. Wow. There we go with that symbiotic twin stuff again.
West, I don’t see another message lurking anywhere. How’ve you been?

I saw the enV and considered it. I never get anything when it first comes out though … I’m slow. Do you like it?
